Denise i get what your saying...But don't you think most of this falls under the tenet taking care of the place (not staircases) The mold is above the stove..come on..I live down the road from there and have been a homeowner for over 40 years..The way they tear the place up is beyond belief....I agree fix the stars but put blame where blame is due...:)
